We are currently recruiting for a Sales Orders Administrator to join our busy Customer Service team.

We are seeking to recruit a Sales Orders Administrator to join our sales ordering team. The post holder will be a point of contact for our customers in order to process their daily orders for our production team to produce.

The Role

  • You will be based within the Sales Orders Department with the primary focus of providing an end to end sales ordering process that guarantees an efficient and consistent customer ordering service.
  • Ensuring that sales orders are filed accordingly and are easily accessible.
  • Providing an excellent customer query support service as required.


  • Relevant experience within a busy office with appropriate qualifications.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Must be able to communicate and multi-task efficiently.
  • Strong writing and organisational skills.
  • Excellent IT skills, use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel.
  • You must be able to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining a professional demeanour.
